Daniel's tips for setting good goals:
- Set clear milestones for yourself
- Set constraints for yourself
- Set goals that are appropriate to you
- Set goals that are largely within your control
- Make sure you set a proper time frame — long enough to manage, yet short enough to drive you
- A goal is only a goal if you set it for yourself — Make sure you care about your goal
- Show up every day and do the work. Consistently.
